Sorted uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate responses. AI responses are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional advice.

1. Who runs this service

Sorted is an independent service. Contact: vagelis.an@gmail.com

2. What data we store

Email & Password: Used for login. Password is stored encrypted (PBKDF2) — never in plain text.
Activity & Points: Modules used, actions taken, level progress.
Conversation history: Sessions stored per module for continuity.

3. How we use your data

Exclusively to operate Sorted. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses, in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy.

4. Who can see your data

Nobody reads your conversations. Only the service administrator for technical purposes.

5. How long we keep your data

As long as your account is active. There is no automatic deletion.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Deletion: Click "Delete" in the dashboard header — permanently deletes all your data.

7. Security

Stored on Render (cloud). Always HTTPS. Passwords encrypted with PBKDF2 (260,000 iterations).

8. Cookies

One session cookie for login only. No tracking or advertising cookies.
